On days where I fall off the wagon and have a coffee and get so wired and go 100 miles an hour, Ultra Calm helps slow me back to normal.

This does help me to fall asleep when I take it about an hour before going to bed, but I usually wake up 2 hrs. later and then have difficulty falling back to sleep. This has been an ongoing issue for me.

I love this product. I bought it in part because I need B6, but can’t take the amounts in most supplements without getting wired, so this Ultra Calm allows me to get a small dose of B6 daily without the buzz. But even better, it really has helped calm me down and make me less anxious and less reactive. Both taurine and GABA are great for calming the brain. I’ve noticed that my thinking is clearer and my executive function has improved. It took awhile to see improvements, but they are definitely there. Thanks for a great product!
