As a probiotic yeast, Biotic Defense with S. Boulardii is a unique probiotic formula designed to deliver active organisms shown to promote healthy gut microflora, protect intestinal integrity, and boost immune function. I have never really taken a probiotic for my gut. Now being older I realize we need probiotics.
