I bought one of each set of sticks and enjoyed them all. They taste pretty good, and the spices are not over-done. Aside from having something to take on trips, I thought this would be a good snack on days where I just have soup for dinner…in order to balance my nutrients.

Delicious! Great for a snack at work, so do not get ravenous for lunch and/or supper. Keeps me from craving sweets and from eating something unhealthy to tide me over when working late. So easy to put in my desk and not have to worry about it going bad. Agreed that they could do with a little less salt, however, with that said, I have been told by my naturopath to eat more salt

It gives me piece of kind to have some with me. I cannot eat at restaurants & find it very hard to find safe things at many grocery stores.

I set up a subscription for 6 chicken, 6 turkey, and 6 beef sticks of the non-spicy variety to periodically replenish my emergency food stash. The idea was to save them for power outages, hurricanes, and such, but they taste so good I find myself using them for a healthy protein snack at random times. I noticed that the chicken ones have a bit more protein (15 g) than the turkey and beef ones (10 g) for some reason, so maybe I’ll mostly order those in the future. I learned of Nick’s Sticks in Dr. Osborne’s article, “Gluten”Free Survival Food – Are you Prepared for an Emergency?” and am very pleased with the quality and the flavor of these sticks. I also ordered some of the other supplies he recommends in the article, so I feel prepared for an emergency. Thank you, Dr. Osborne!
